Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within [3-5] business days after payment is received.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
- For small items , we offer Royal mail second class signed for delivery
- For large items , Dpd/Parcel force
International Shipping:
- We do not ship international
- We only ship to England, Scotland ,Wales and Northern Ireland.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Customers can track the status of their order using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns are accepted only if damged on arrival. For a refund to be accepted we will need proof of damaged product within 24 hours of arrival
- If your item arrives damage you must contact us straight away with picture and proof.
- If return is granted you must send the item back to us before you get your refund P&P isn’t refunded.

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within [5] business days.
