Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • For small items , we offer Royal mail second class signed for delivery
  • For large items , Dpd/Parcel force

International Shipping:

  • We do not ship international
  • We only ship to England, Scotland ,Wales and Northern Ireland.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Customers can track the status of their order using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Address:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted only if damged on arrival. For a refund to be accepted we will need proof of damaged product within 24 hours of arrival
  • If your item arrives damage you must contact us straight away with picture and proof.
  • If return is granted you must send the item back to us before you get your refund P&P isn’t refunded.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
